We are the first technology platform for productive inclusion and flex work in Brazil
Labora was founded in 2019, part of the Lab60 movement, to address a crucial issue in society: Addressing the market's myopia regarding the potential of senior talent and new work formats, which in turn leads to an increase in the war for young talent, corporate unproductivity, and increased inequality in the country.
Labora's fundamental concept is the result of more than 15 years of work by its founder, Sérgio Serapião, on the topic of longevity, in his work with social impact businesses and in the construction of ecosystems, such as Lab60 and Sistema B, which seek to build inclusive, regenerative and highly competitive organizations.
Since then, Labora has developed into a social deeptech company that designs and implements solutions based on artificial intelligence, human experience, and data to transform the future of work, valuing longevity and combating structural ageism. Our innovative approach promotes the integration of senior talent (those over 50) into high-performance organizations, increasing productivity, diversity, and the social impact of organizations.
In 2023, we merged with a leading growth startup led by João Englert, deepening our impact-driven growth and growth squad models.
We've learned along the way that successful inclusion requires much more than simply creating new positions: it requires a review of culture, training, metrics, and results. Therefore, we propose reinventing work, leveraging available technology and aligning with future trends.
We started with the theme of longevity and today we work with all diversities to add value to businesses and fill the gap in workforce demand.
Using proprietary technology and our exclusive "Squads as a Service" methodology, we offer an end-to-end platform for recruitment, matching, performance, and continuous upskilling. We connect companies with experienced talent, empowering them to work in strategic areas such as Digital and In-Person Sales, After-Sales, Customer Service, and Retail, fostering more inclusive, flexible, and balanced career paths.
