Building the Future of Multigenerational and Flex Work

Generational diversity in the workplace is one of the biggest drivers of innovation and growth. When professionals of different ages collaborate, they combine knowledge, experience, and fresh perspectives, creating more creative and effective solutions.
Multigenerational inclusion values both the wisdom acquired over the years and the energy of new ideas, fostering a more balanced, productive, and inspiring environment. Companies that embrace this diversity build stronger teams, prepared for future challenges and capable of generating a positive impact on society.
Together, we transform the job market into a more collaborative, accessible, and enriching space for all generations.
Our Manifesto
We understand that multigenerational and digital teams, working flexible hours, are the future of work.
We work to accelerate the day when professionals, regardless of their age, have multiple opportunities to continually reinvent themselves and can be active alongside robots in different types of contracts, in a job market undergoing full disruption.
We work to eliminate ageism and develop an inclusive, regenerative, and fulfilling future of work.
Services
Preparing organizations for the future of work. We develop distance learning programs, lectures and literacy and awareness programs for leaders, teams and affinity groups.

Labora Success Story

At 73, retired teacher Ana Cristina de Andrade Silva restarted her career after 45 years of teaching. With the help of free courses, she retrained and returned to the job market at 71.
"I had a very full life, I have many friends, female friends... But even so, I felt like something was missing to fill my mind."
Today, Ana Cristina works from home as a proofreader at All Set, a B Corp committed to inclusion and equity. Her story is an example of adapting to new technologies and how to return to the market at any age. Ana Cristina shares her experience:
"It was really good for me to have this contact with younger people, this contact with new technologies, with new languages. It all makes me feel like I'm in the real world. I think if I were retired, going out for coffee with friends, taking my courses, I wouldn't be so involved in what's happening. That's really good."
